4 CUPS FLOUR (3 CUPS WHOLE WHEAT/1CUP WHITE) Mix all ingredients together, knead for abt. 5 min. Your dough should be easy to handle not too stiff or too soft.(sort of like play dough) Separate into balls. Let balls sit for 10 min. to rest. Roll out on a floured surface. Flipping often to get that round shape. Heat your griddle to 375-400 degrees. I use my Teflon pancake griddle. |
